WordPressThis article is for you that might are looking for a new WordPress template or a new theme for your blog!
There are a whole bunch of great sites out there on Internet where you can download new themes, and I going to present a few of them here in the list.

There are so many great WordPress themes available for download at those sites. But it is very hard to choose the right one that fits for your own purpose. There are always some small details that you want to change, but if you don’t have the knowledge to do that, you have to find some other more suitable template.
And maybe if you are a beginner of Wordpress it´s not that easy to change what you want to change in the code and you have to find another template/theme.

A good idea is to buy a WordPress template! One of my favorite sites that are selling WordPress themes is WordPress Theme Shop . They have some really great looking WordPress Themes. For those of you who want to get a free template check out the list.

Here is a list of site you can choose some great looking Wordpress themes, download and upload to your server for a test run.

Increase your PageRank!

Increase your PageRank! You can increase your PageRank for your website or blog by submit your link to different Web directories, and it’s a good way to getting backlinks to build a higher PageRank.

Is there a need of having a high PageRank?

For small or new started sites it’s one way to climb your way of in hierarchy of the millions of websites in the world. One way to getting noticed here and there on the Internet is to have a high PageRank.
For an example, web directories sometimes sort and rank by PageRank, if your site has a high PageRank, then your site get higher in the listings.

As a Webmaster, I think in a way it’s a little bit of competition, trying to increase your PageRank to your own site/sites against you competitor’s sites.

Many “experts” question the being of the
Google PageRank system, and if it going to continue in the same shape as today?

Anyway, here is a list of Web directories for all of you that want to continue trying to increase the PageRank for your website. Submit your link to:

Have you been to beautiful Italy!

Wouldn´t it be nice to spend your next holiday in the beautiful and wonderful Italy. Breathe the ancient history of Italy and see many of the wonderful buildings and places that still remain!
See the Trevi Fountain, the most famous and the most beautiful fountain in Rome.
Duomo di Milano - one of the world's largest and magnificent churches. And of course you must visit the Colosseum or Coliseum which is an elliptical amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, It´s one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and engineering.
Enjoy your traveling in Italy. There is no problem to find somewhere to stay along your journey in Italy, you will always find nice and comfortable
hotels in Italy.

In Rome you must pay a visit to the magnificent building Pathenon, built more than 1800 years ago. The Vatican, officially State of the Vatican City is a must. You can´t leave Rome without seeing the Vatican.

Sistine Chaple - Its fame rests on its architecture, which evokes Solomon's Temple of the Old Testament, its decoration, frescoed by the greatest Renaissance artists, including Michelangelo. And it is most famously known for being the location of Cardinals to elect the Pope of the Catholic Church. See the city of Rome built on the seven hills and stay at many of the great
hotels in Rome.

In the north of Italy you must see the legendary town Venice. Take a slow ride in a gondola
on the world-famous canals of Venice. See the Palazzo Grassi, an imposing white marble palace on the Grand Canal of Venice. Visit The Fenice, Teatro La Fenice, one of the most famous theatres in Europe. Enjoy your stay in Venice at some of the Venice hotels, many hotels located with beautiful views. Have a great time in Italy.

I have been to Italy a couple of times and I must recommend this beautiful country. Go there once and I promise you, it will be a second time as well..

Have you tried out BuiltWith.com? Found this very interesting site which provides a free service that tells you the technologies that is behind any webpage you might find on Internet. Very interesting to see what technology sites like, for example www.microsoft.com is built with.

BuiltWith is a web site profiler tool. Upon looking up a page, BuiltWith returns all the technologies it can find on the page. BuiltWith’s goal is to help developers, researchers and designers find out what technologies pages are using which may help them to decide what technologies to implement themselves.

BuiltWith gather information about the website you specify and displays everything to you in an organized manner. BuiltWith tracking technology and includes widgets such as (snap preview), analytics (Google), frameworks (.NET, Java), publishing (WordPress, Blogger), advertising (DoubleClick, AdSense), and much more.

How does BuiltWith.com work?

When you lookup a page on BuiltWith, a robot goes off deep into cyberspace and looks at the page in question. It then compares that page with the technology list at BuiltWith.com and if it finds any matches, reports the information to you.

Where would you like to go in the world!

The Outback of AustraliaI guess most of us are interested in travelling. But, maybe not that many have the possibility to travel the world.

Have you been travel to beautiful and exotic places! What are your favorite spot in the world! Is it Adventure in Australia, Pyramids of Egypt, Great Wall of China or maybe somewhere else!

Where would you really like to go if you have to make a choice! Pick one place and tell me why! You like the place or country because it interests you! Seen it on TV or media, or you have read about it! Maybe you have been there before and would like to go back!

In my own case, I really would like to go to many places and country, and have been here and there in the world. But in the world of reality I cant do that much travel as I would like! There are several reasons, but one of them is that it cost a lot to travel, and I guess many of you really would like to see the world but can’t afford! That’s life!

My favorite spot in the world is Australia. This amazing land beyond everything. A very beautiful country filled with things to se and do. I recommend place to see in Australia – Sydney, The Outback, Great Barrier Reef, Darwin, Ayers Rock and Cairns. There are so many places that I could recommend but I just mentioned a few. You have to go there and find out for yourself.

What are your favorite places or countries! What can you recommend! Tell us!

So go on and travel the world.

Ajax, or AJAX, is a web development technique used for creating interactive web applications. The intent is to make web pages feel more responsive by exchanging small amounts of data with the server behind the scenes, so that the entire web page does not have to be reloaded each time the user requests a change. This is intended to increase the web page's interactivity, speed, functionality, and usability.

Ajax is asynchronous in that loading does not interfere with normal page loading. JavaScript is the programming language in which Ajax function calls are made. Data retrieved using the technique is commonly formatted using XML, as reflected in the naming of the XMLHttpRequest object from which Ajax is derived.
Ajax is a cross-platform technique usable on many different operating systems, computer architectures, and Web browsers as it is based on open standards such as JavaScript and XML, together with open source implementations of other required technologies.

Will Pagerank10.co.uk succeed!

Will PageRank10.co.uk gets a Google Page Rank of 10 (pr10) within the remaining time!
Have you seen or visited Pagerank10 - The pagerank experiment! If not – pay a visit.

I have visited Pagerank10 from now and then the last year and it’s a pretty great idea they came up with.
The goal is to reach from Googles Page Rank 0 to 10 within 730 days with starting date 20th April 2006 and in this writing moment it’s only 236 days left and the pagerank is pointing to Pagerank 6
You can participate in the experiment by linking to their site and helping them succeed to reach Page Rank 10.

They have a lot of other features you can take part in. I discovered something new called
White Rankers, and this is how it work.

If you got a Pagerank 0 website you have the possibility to get a full page to advertise your website.
You choose the keywords for the folder name, title tag and header title.
You then use the built in HTML editor to create your free page using lots of relevant original content.
All they ask in return is a link back from your website.
It’s a great idea to get higher rank in the search engines.

So take a look at the
The PR10 SEO Experiment.

How fast does your blog load!

Having problem with loading your blog or website! Takes to long to load, and you don’t know why! Sometimes it can be a very big problem to localize errors like that. Is it the whole page or is it a object on your page that take time to load! Pingdom have the great solution for you. Try it out.

Pingdom has launched Pingdom Tools, a free set of utilities for webmasters to complement our uptime monitoring service. First out is the Full Page Test, which tests the load time of a web page including all its objects (images, scripts, CSS files, etc).

Not only that, all the linked objects will be shown individually in a detailed graph. Web pages are loaded in a way that mimics the way web browsers work.

How it works

The Full Page Test loads a complete HTML page including all objects (images, CSS, JavaScripts, RSS, Flash and frames/iframes). It mimics the way a page is loaded in a web browser.

The load time of all objects is shown visually with time bars.

You can view the list of objects either in load order or as a hierarchy. The hierarchy view allows you to see which objects are linked to in for example a CSS file.

Every test also shows general statistics about the loaded page such as the total number of objects, total load time, and size including all objects.

Great tool for checking out how fast your blog or website is loading. Plus you can check the loading time for every single object on your page. Very useful tools for webmasters.

Go on checking out the tools from
Pingdom today.
